RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Prepares site development civil works and utilities design, analysis and calculations.<\/li>\n
2. Prepares complete site development civil work and utilities system design in compliance with Local Codes, International Codes and other Codes that the project requires.<\/li>\n
3. Prepares working drawings and construction plans.<\/li>\n
4. Coordinates our design with the Client, Project Directors (Client’s side), Architects, other Engineers, Contractors and Suppliers.<\/li>\n
5. Represents the company in weekly regular meetings with Client, Project Directors (Client’s Side), and Architects, other Engineers, Contractors, Suppliers and project staffs at site.<\/li>\n
6. Ensures proper resolution to design problems or conflicts with actual site condition.<\/li>\n
7. Ensures proper implementation of material technical specifications for civil works and utilities as well as the equipment schedule for the system.<\/li>\n
8. Conducts technical evaluation of bid documents submitted by the Contractors\/Suppliers based on scope of work.<\/li>\n
9. Evaluates shop drawings, queries and letters.<\/li>\n
10. Serve as Quality Advisor and Consultant for CAD Operators<\/li>\n
11. Reports and coordinates with his Senior Engineer on job assignment, project details and status.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s\/College Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Sanitary), Engineering (Environmental), Engineering (Mechanical), Architecture or equivalent, preferably with Professional License (Passed Board\/Bar\/Professional License Exam) but not required.<\/li>\n
    2. Computer literate.<\/li>\n
    3. Knowledgeable in MS Office applications and Computerized Drafting Softwares.<\/li>\n
    4. Knowledgeable of Civil Works Design Analysis Softwares.<\/li>\n
    5. Must possess good communication skills in both oral and written.<\/li>\n
    6. Writing and Speaking in Chinese is an advantage but not required.<\/li>\n
    7. Must have a pleasing personality.<\/li>\n
    8. Must be with good interpersonal skills and a team player.<\/li>\n
    9. Must be with good moral character and professional attitude on work.<\/li>\n
