1. Computer aided drafting of site development plans, building structural, mechanical, electrical, sanitary\/plumbing and fire protection plans.<\/li>\n
2. Prepares coordination drawings, working drawings, construction plans and shopdrawings.<\/li>\n
3. Reports and coordinates with his Senior Cad Operator on job assignment, project details and status.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

   REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

   1. Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma and training in Computer Aided Drafting.<\/li>\n
   2. Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.<\/li>\n
   3. Must possess good communication skills in both oral and written.<\/li>\n
   4. Writing and Speaking in Chinese is an advantage but not required.<\/li>\n
   5. Must have a pleasing personality.<\/li>\n
   6. Must be with good interpersonal skills and a team player.<\/li>\n
   7. Must be with good moral character and professional attitude on work.<\/li>\n
   8. Willing to be assigned in the Office (Mandaluyong City) or at Project Site.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
