CAD OPERATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Computer aided drafting of site development plans, building structural, mechanical, electrical, sanitary/plumbing and fire protection plans.
2. Prepares coordination drawings, working drawings, construction plans and shopdrawings.
3. Reports and coordinates with his Senior Cad Operator on job assignment, project details and status.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma and training in Computer Aided Drafting.
2. Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
3. Must possess good communication skills in both oral and written.
4. Writing and Speaking in Chinese is an advantage but not required.
5. Must have a pleasing personality.
6. Must be with good interpersonal skills and a team player.
7. Must be with good moral character and professional attitude on work.
8. Willing to be assigned in the Office (Mandaluyong City) or at Project Site.
